Nice place in Firenze
The apartment was modern and very nice. It slept our family of 6 comfortably and was walking distance from all the main attractions. We did have a small issue of two of the air conditioner units in the bedrooms not blowing as cold as the one in the living room but it was bearable. The owner did have someone come out to look at it.

El apartamento está bien, la comunicación fue fluida y la recepcion buena. A pesar de esto, no volveria ya que encontramos toallas dobladas como limpias y SUCIAS...MUY SUCIAS. Lo siento, pero no volveria.

Bell'appartamento, ma i servizi sono da migliorare
Appartamento molto ben arredato. Pulizia eccellente. Ottima posizione per visitare Palazzo Pitti e Cappella Brancacci. Tutto nuovo, compreso le tv.
I servizi della casa, però, non sono stati all'altezza delle mie aspettative: la tv in una camera non funzionava, pur essendo nuovissima (credo che non fosse stato curato il 'settaggio' iniziale; l'agente non è stato in grado di risolvere); gli asciugamani in dotazione di ciascun ospite erano due e non tre, come da standard (mancanza del telo piccolo); nemmeno un grammo di caffè 'di cortesia' in dotazione (standard per locazioni di brevi durata); difficile richiudere il divano in soggiorno usato dal 5^ ospite per cui il soggiorno è stato inutilizzabile come tale. La rigidità del check out alle ore 10 (sotto la pioggia) si è rivelata poi del tutto inspiegabile dato che, quando siamo tornati a prendere i bagagli (cosa che comunque ci è stata consentita), in casa non era entrato nessuno.
