We stayed at this hotel last minute. It is located just 1 or 2 blocks from the train station which is very convenient. No one was working at the site when arrived and wanted to drop off our luggage, which was a problem as we couldn't get in to the property. We called the phone number of the hotel and talked with someone who after 20 minutes or so or trying, we finally got him to allow us in by using a code. There was also no one there at check out at 10:00 so we just left our key. The room was big and had a cute view out the window. It was clean, although the trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied from the last guests, so that felt a little unclean. The room did get cleaned the next day, although our towels were not changed, just left on the shower door as we had left them. The location of the hotel, and the size of the room were two great things.

Very kind and welcoming staff! A few minutes away from the train station and other attractions - very convenient location. They also gave breakfast vouchers for a cute cafe which had a delicious assortment of pastries and desserts!

This property is newly remodeled and a great location close to the train station! It’s a relatively quiet street in a busy city. Would definitely recommend this property when visiting Florence!

This B&B is conveniently located only a 5 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella train station and about 15 mins walk to major sites like the Duomo. The breakfast is out of a nearby cafe and the pastries there are delicious! The room is very modern and clean. There is a fridge and access to drinking water and kitchen downstairs. There was a bit of noise from outside but that is to be expected in a city like Florence. It was a great spot and I'd definitely stay here again.

La guest house occupa un'intera palazzina ristrutturata. Accesso autonomo con i codici e reception presente dalla mattina fino a tarda sera. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. La nostra stanza guardava il cortile interno ed era areosa e luminosa. Bagno e doccia fantastica. Il letto ampio e comodissimo con lenzuola morbide. Posizione fantastica, vicina alla stazione, al centro e Visarno come rientro post concerto, tutto a piedi. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da ritornare.

Me gustó que es nuevo , muy limpio , a menos de 10 minutos de la estación de tren . El personal está en contacto por lo que se necesite , aunque no es un hotel tradicional con recepción y personal 24 hrs . El desayuno lo ofrecen en un restaurante cerca con muy buenas opciones .
