The apt is well renovated and spacious . The location is good. Three AC were not working and Wifi was weak. They came to fix AC , but still not work until we left.

They never fixed the air-conditioning. After I asked them to fix it. We had to sleep with the windows open and everybody got bit by mosquitoes. Super disappointing to say the least!

It started well as it was a nice modern apt in a quiet part of town. But There were 3 big issues, AC not working during Italy heat wave, no dryer even though listing said it did, and the wifi wasn’t working. Rather than refund me the remaining portion for misrepresenting the listing, they held firm that it was not their fault and then offered to relocate me to a different apt. The relocation was a disaster as it was even worse with heat and AC was not cold enough and no fans. It was on top of a restaurant which was super noisy and the apt was really old even though it was recently renovated. Renters beware, it was misrepresented twice and then held hostage. Would never rent from these folks again. Disappointing is an understatement.
