We enter the apartment in the main hall. To the left is the master bedroom with views of the Biblioteca Nazionale and the bell tower of Santa Croce, equipped with a double 160x200 bed and Smart TV. Nearby is the second bedroom, which has two single beds of 80x190cm. In the corridor between the two rooms there are wardrobes where you can store all your personal belongings.

Back to the entry on the right, halfway down the corridor we find the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for your enjoyment. At the end of the corridor we find the magnificent living room with ornate ceilings decorated with original frescoes and equipped with splendid windows overlooking the Arno river and San Niccolo, as well as two comfortable Chester style sofas where you can rest and relax and enjoy the Smart TV in the room. In the adjoining living room, there is a dining area equipped with a designer table and chairs, as well as two reading armchairs. This exclusive apartment has two complete bathrooms equipped with shower.

The location of the property is unbeatable, as it is close to the river and just a few metres from the main tourist attractions.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
