The apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the trash from the previous stay hadn't been cleaned. Also note that there are no elevators and that the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Overall, the place was located close to main attractions.

This is a great apartment located in the creative district of Florence - lots of independent shops. It’s also away from the main tourist areas, so great place to retreat to and get away from the city centre.

Great apartment and location. The only downside was the temps were mid 80's and there wasn't any air conditioning.

Spent 6 nights at this large property. Great local in a local part of Florence, Yet walkable to all the must see sights. The roof terrace is amazing. Note it does note have AC so if you stay in August it's a bit warm. Personal I don't mind but you struggle with heat it could be a problem. I definitely will stay again next time I am in town.

No Air Condisoner.　Pretty hot in the afternoon. Mosquitos　in the rooms. Rooms are nicely prepared with a lot of space.

Our stay at San Giovanni House by Mmega was very disappointing due to multiple problems. The most serious issue was the apartment's lock, which malfunctioned twice. The skeleton key clearly turned, but the door would not open, likely because the lock's internal levers became stuck. No one from Mmega actually resolved the problem—it only opened after my girlfriend and I repeatedly worked the key ourselves. During the second incident, an Mmega representative watched over a video call and agreed that the key was turning but the door was not opening. This was especially concerning because I have diabetes, and my insulin was locked inside the apartment. Despite explaining this was a medical necessity, Mmega did not treat the situation with the urgency it required. The apartment also fell short in other ways. The TV did not work, one fan was broken, the other was so noisy it disrupted our sleep, the kitchen lacked basic cookware and utensils, and the apartment was noticeably dusty. Overall, Mmega's response to the lock issue and my medical situation was inadequate, and the apartment did not meet reasonable expectations. Before leaving a review I reached out to negotiate a refund but they only denied any issue with the lock and ignored the noise and the non-functioning TV. I cannot recommend this property. It has potential as it is in a nice location but there are certainly much better options available.
