Ideal for families and groups of friends, it has two private bathrooms with shower and an equipped kitchen. The area, easily reachable from the Santa Maria Novella station, is lively and dynamic, for guests of all ages. In a few minutes you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Duomo of Florence.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
