Stayed in Florence for two nights in this very much location friendly room, right by the Piazza Della Signorini. Located in the heart of Florence you can walk to many of the famous sights and choose from the many restaurants they had within a 2km radius. Lots of shopping and tourism in this spot as well if that’s what you’re looking for. Beautiful piazzas in this area with lots to pohotogtaph. The Duomo is certainly a sight to behold. Even at night it was all lit up filled the head full of wonder and amazement. The hotel was nice with a single door access between two a gelato shop and a caffe. Access to the lobby required a couple flights of stairs , then an elevator to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable with nice lighting and a nice big window you could open up and let some fresh air in. Bathroom was and spacious too with towel warmer, bidet, and a nice big walk in shower. I loved the lighted mirror too. A nice touch. Very clean everywhere. Check in and out was good. Easy as well. Would stay again due to its location to high tourism area and beautiful piazza

This hotel met all of our expectations. We checked in early and the young man at reception was hospitable and professional. The hotel is literally where you want to be if you want to see all museums and eat at great places. Upon arrival we got help booking trips and museums. Awesome place to be in Florence.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, it is in one of the more popular squares in the city and less than a 15min walk to the major museums. The staff was very friendly and the room was large, clean, and well appointed. And that bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I slept in my entire trip to Italy. If there are any negatives, I would say that if you are trying to nap in the afternoon, (since the location was so perfect for a first timer I was avoiding the heat by exploring in the morning and napping in the afternoon) it is by the city enter and you can hear the crowd from the outside which doesn't stop until pretty late at night, so light sleepers beware. Also, I like to hang my clothes and there were no hangers, but I didn't ask for them either, so they may have had some.. But these are no deal breakers to me, a wonderful hotel.

The staff and the area of the property are phenomenal! The view from the room was amazing right to the palazzo vechio . The building is old which was expected and really nice kept . The rooms on the other hand are not too great. Our room had a pretty noticeable slope , the mattress by the end of the nicht was slipped to one side they haven’t payed too much attention to detail cleaning. The rooms from the street side are quite loud . Ac is not too great. It wasn’t bad but I expected a little more for the price payed for one night . The area is 10 out of 10 . Everything is walking distance from it.

Great location!

This is a nearly perfect little hotel with a fantastic location. Easy to walk to dinner and all the places in Florence that you have to see. We had trouble figuring out the air conditioner and there is a SUPER bright blue light that you shouldn’t”insert your card to turn on the power (but you get a key code and no card to enter. ) also didn’t have hand soap. We made due. The hotel is a DEFINITE yes!

This hotel is in a perfect location. You are practically in the Piazza della Signoria. 5 restaurants as soon as you walk out. You get a discounted breakfast buffet at the Il Bargello Restaurant which is next door. Food is great along with service. I highly recommend this place!
