Good place close to train station which is about 15 mins walk. The SPA is good, but working hour is too short (4pm-8:30pm). Overall it is a good place to stay in Florence

Beautiful new hotel with great staff. However, the rooms are tiny. The spa service included was just access to the sauna and pool, so a bit of mis-advertising. Very walkable to all major signs being within 15/20 minutes.

Loved the spa. Breakfast also great. Room was nice. Shower didn’t work and we had no hot water the second day so no wash or shower which was disappointing

Very clean, air control very welcome . We had a great time, many thanks . Breakfast was lovely each morning . Very friendly staff staff. We would throughly recommend them . Cleaning staff are as also to be congratulated on super work too .
