This apartment has the perfect location and it is ideal for a family and kids because of the multiple sleeping options and bathroom, but several items need to be worked on:
1) the AC in each room is not great, supplemented by fans and that is once you get past the picky method of having to reset it by opening and closing the door. I understand why the owners did this to avoid periods of it being on when no one is there, but this was a hassle.
2) the washing machine did not work, even after asking for the instructions. The water would not fill and the cycle would stop. While the staff tried to help, it never worked for us and unfortunately the option offered to bring our laundry elsewhere was not feasible. Instructions are needed for how to operate (not how to make the electrical and water connections, which is what was given).
3) there is NO dryer as listed. There is a drying racks which did get plenty of use since we did our wash in the kitchen sink.
The staff did a good job of being responsive, but I think because they have automated many things they don’t know the details of the place.
