Great Stay in Ft Lauderdale

The view and property was amazing. We stayed there as a family and it was perfect. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The view of the intercoastal waterway was wonderful with the yachts passing by. I will stay there again. We didn’t want to leave. Everything is close by and a very short drive. Very quiet neighborhood.

Awesome time

This place was beautiful, clean, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the waterfront pool the most. I would definitely go back and absolutely recommend it to anyone!!

Amazing location right on intracoastal waterway

Very comfortable setting for a family of 4 - house had great layout, wonderful views, private, quiet, great location. Suggest more pillow options besides huge for sleeping otherwise, walking map for beach access, otherwise no complaints.

Stunning View

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed was provided. Extra linen, laundry soap, kitchen spices, pool towel, pool toys etc .. the owner/property management thought of just about everything. The communication with property management was top notch. Super quick responses and knowledgeable with suggestions for activities in the area. I would absolutely recommend this home and would book again if I'm ever in the area. The grocery store is right across the street, within walking distance, which was a plus.

Excellent stay
this is a wonderful home

We were so grateful to have been able to stay in this home during our 2021 family vacation. It was wonderful
the pool and the view were incredible! I paid extra to have the pool heated
so glad I did. The pool was 88 degrees and everyone enjoyed it, day and night. It was fun to watch the boats go by and peaceful to wake up and look out over the water during sunrise. There was plenty of room for everyone to play games over the kitchen table and bbq dinner and eat in the backyard next to the pool. Cons? The pans are definitely a downer
made cooking eggs and pancakes a challenge
but otherwise no complaints. It was super easy check in and check out. The communication with rental management was a breeze and super responsive. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and pool floaters!! Also saw dolphins in the canal one day!! Thanks for allowing us this great experience in such a wonderful home.

Snow-vid get away

The house is lovely with everything we needed. Contactless check-in. The views of the intercoastal is so beautiful and gave us hours of entertainment watching the yachts. Saw dolphins and Manatee's just sitting on the waterway. Thank you for a lovely time.

Fabulous Stay!!!!!

We have been coming to Ft Lauderdale for years and have Rented houses each time and have stayed in this subdivision before. We loved this house and it’s location. House was perfect, host was extremely responsive. Will be saving this house for future stays!!!! Thank you so much !

Great vacation!

The place is exactly as described (which was a pleasant surprise). The views are amazing, day and night. The property appeared clean and sanitized (December 2020). There is ample space inside (again, surprising for a one-level house), and three bedrooms - king, king, and queen, each with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The pool is heated. The beach is 15-20 min walk (you can access it at Flamingo ave), but most of the walk is along a very nice alley (and then you cross the road and a parking lot). There were lots of useful things around the house, from pool toys to beach chairs and cooler. The Internet worked flawlessly, the kids found Netflix on TV, there is even a printer with a USB cord, which we didn't expect but ended up using a little. The management was very quick to respond before and during the stay. And they provided a playpen and a high chair for free - they waited for us when we arrived. The negatives... can't really think of anything major. The house is not new, and some furniture is quite antique, but (mostly) in a charming way. The appliances are pretty new, as a matter of fact. The kitchen knives could be sharper, to put it mildly, but otherwise the kitchen is very well equipped. If you are traveling with small children who can roam on their own, a couple of things to watch out for: there is no barrier before the waterway, and there are plenty of ant baits hidden behind furniture, but still accessible. Oh, and finding the right light/fan switches may be challenging at first - even though the switches are marked. We enjoyed our stay - thank you very much!

Great location, amazing patio

Loved our stay at the house. It's as nice, if not nicer, than the photos suggest. The (very heated) pool and patio are incredible, and right on the intercoastal. The bedrooms are all quite large and comfortable, and there were plenty of beach and bath towels. And the kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and dishware. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants and anything you could need. The only issue was with entering the house (key pad and code didn't work), but I got a call back fairly quickly from a property manager who remedied the issue quickly. Oh and there was a property across the water that was flying a Trump flag which was terrible and scary to see every day (but obviously not this owner's fault!) Overall, definitely recommend the spot for a family or friends trip.

Beautiful setting, needs a little TLC

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The setting on the Intracoastal is breathtaking! We were very entertained watching all types of boats go by and the outdoor pool area is lovely. Loungers and patio furniture were plentiful and in good shape. The house is as pictured but the shutters have some broken areas. Having all en suite baths is a plus. Management is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Just a few things to be aware of that need improvement. The mattresses really need to be replaced but at a minimum the pillows and linens should be addressed immediately. The pillows were dingy with broken foam clumps and linens/towels were sub par. The property appeared clean but on closer inspection we realized it needs a very thorough cleaning. After one day we ended up mopping floors, vacuuming the refrigerator vent (so much dust it couldn’t maintain temp), and rewashing some of the linens so we could be comfortable. Washer and dryer are on their last legs. It would also be helpful if the house was stocked better. Not much in the way of cleaning supplies and a few dishwasher and laundry pods is not enough. Minimal paper goods to get you started. It really is a wonderful property and with attention to these items it could be great! We would stay again if those updates were addressed. Location is also fantastic.
