Deerfield Beach Lofts - Unit 1

South Beach meets Deerfield Beach. Unique Loft style suite with soaring ceilings. Only one and a half blocks to the beach, beach shops, gelateria, cafés and restaurants. All that you need to enjoy your stay at this newly built, very cool & well-appointed Coastal Contemporary home. Unit two is also available if you have multiple families.


The space

As you enter the front doors, you will be invited by soaring 17 foot ceilings. You enter the living room area with a sectional couch, ottoman and two sitting chairs along with a 55-inch TV that can be viewed while in the kitchen. The kitchen offers high end appliances including a built-in refrigerator and a built-in microwave. It will be a joy to cook!! The kitchen table divides the kitchen and living room. There are three barn doors in the main living area. The middle one opens to a thirteen foot ceiling bathroom that includes a deep soaking tub and rain shower. And did I tell you the bathroom has a wall mounted 24-inch TV. The other two barn doors open to the two bdrms. Each bedroom has a queen bed with storage drawers that hold extra bedding and pillows and a 49-inch TV. The bedroom off the kitchen has a 5 foot by 12 foot walk-in closet. The iron and ironing board will be in the closet.

The spiral staircase leads to the loft. The loft has a large walk-in closet, a 55-inch TV and two couch/day beds. Bedding and pillows will be in the closet.

Just outside the rear door, you will find your own BBQ.


Guest access

Guests have total access to the entire house. The front door is at the front of the building. A key will be left in a coded lock box for access. An alarm code will be provided prior to check-in. All codes are changed after checkout. If you would like, you can provide your own four digit code for key access and alarm.


Interaction with guests

If you need anything, you will be provided with a contact number to meet your needs.


Other things to note

Beyond the beauty of this newly built designer home, you have the safety of an alarm system, exterior security cameras, exterior lighting and impact windows and doors. Extra bedding and pillow will be stored in the Queen bed drawers and in the ottoman for the living room sectional. All TV's are professionally wall mounted and have Dish TV with all channels including the premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime etc) minus pay per view and pay movies- a nice unwind after your day at the beach. A Wi-Fi code will be provided. The kitchen has: Pots & Pans, Cooking Utensils, A large sized Bullet Blender, Toaster, Brew Coffee maker, Keurig Coffee machine with K-Pods A, a full set of cooking knives and a Tea water heater. Paddle Boards, Surf Boards, bicycles etc can be rented at Billabong surf shop and Island Water Sports-both one and a half blocks away. The Surf shop also puts on camps for the kids.
