Day 1. Issue with AC dripping from above and hitting our unit's drain. Sounded like the remodel was going on all night. Bad night sleep. Day 2 Room phone sounded like a alarm at 2:30am. Could not fall asleep after being woken thinking it was fire alarm. You could not pay me to book there again.

The room had an odor, musty, dirty carpet bad smell. every time we left the room and returned the smell would hit your nose at the door. We told the front desk about it but it would have been a hassle to find and move to another room. Please do deep cleaning and shampoo carpet in room. Thanks

This property was under renovations which is clearly needed. Old hotel. Peeling paint, rusted corners on doors. Stains on carpets. Construction noise begins at 8am even on weekends. Very inconvenient. If I had known before booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. Not up to the Hyatt standard for cleanliness. Not impressed with the stay.

Our room was spacious and clean. Everything was brand new as it was very recently remodeled. Staff were friendly and there were a lot of good choices at breakfast. Renovations were underway during our stay, however, we were not affected because we were out during daytime construction hours. I would stay again.
