Upon arrival there were no baggage carts to be found. 12 hours later, no carts to be found - WTH! No soap in the bath, bar soap to be delivered, per the front desk - nothing! Energy efficient room light switches are awesome……once you fumble around and learn how they work. Because we arrived late, the room was dark and the wall device that needs the room key inserted was hard to see, thank goodness for cell phones with lights. Ya need to mention this feature to guests at check-in. This could be a nice hotel/motel is they tighten up the details.
