The staff member who checked us in was just seeming to go through the motions. Handed us the key card and pointed to the direction of the elevator, but did not share any info such as breakfast hours, wifi password, etc. (and we didn't think to ask, due to being weary of a day of delayed travel)

Our check in was seamless! Our room was very clean and exactly what we needed. We loved the service staff, really friendly and helpful. The parking lot was SOO icy though and felt very unsafe and hard to know where to park. Additionally, it smelled a lot like weed on the main floor, perhaps from a guest. Other than that, no complaints.

Everything was good, BUT had to cut my trip one day short because of a snow storm, and the hotel refused to recund me or give me credit for next trip, since I usually choose Hamptoms Hotels
