We never received check in instructions and he took the queen bed and offered my wife and I to stay on a random twin bed in a room that was obviously lived in while the guy that was sleeping in this bed caught an uber out front. "

"I was looking for a quiet spot for a two-day writing retreat and this travel trailer was such a gem to find. It felt like a getaway from the city, but stores like Metro were a quick 8 minute drive. The view was beautiful, especially with the sun setting. The trailer was outfitted with everything you might need, the wifi was fast, and the hosts were very communicative and welcoming. I will definitely keep it on my list for future trips. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters wouldn't be able to access the basement but they didn't. It still worked. When we asked for a refund, they said it was non-refundable and refused to give us our money back. It is false advertising and unsafe as anyone could walk in the basement apartment with the master code. Stay away from this place and company!"
