Rooms are very nice. Tv not good, only a few channels. When booking they should tell you car parking is not free it’s an additional £10 per night. If this was mentioned in the booking I would not have stayed. Overall it’s ok

The staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was good. The downside of this hotel is the limited on-site parking; staff were able to direct us to nearby on-street parking, but that is expensive (not the hotel's fault, it is run by the city).

Great location and friendly staff. Booked deluxe double but room (210) was disappointing, not as nice as photos on website and more like the pictures of a standard room. Breakfast mediocre, only bread was sliced standard supermarket type loaf, no veggie option on the hot buffet. In fairness we stayed over New Year which may have had an impact.

On checking in we were allocated our room. However, when we arrived at the room we discovered that the room had not been cleaned and prepared. We had to return to check in and get another room allocated. The staff did deal with the issue quickly and effectively.
