Really great stay, clean and bright hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, with great bathroom facilities. Staff were attentive and on my arrival (2 hours before check in) Erin could not have been more helpful in getting my room sorted out and allowing to get up and start to enjoy my stay. Very convenient for the city centre, it will be a must return for me

The room was great, staff excellent, nice breakfast, plenty of options available. Evening room service took longer than the quoted 30 minutes and food was only luke warm but apart from that we had a great stay. Transport links really good with the Express 500 bus stops nearby to and from the airport and several car hire companies next door as is the NCP car park. Great selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance too. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful, check in/out were easy. Room was lovely, big, comfortable, amazing bathroom and amenities. Location of the hotel is quite central and easy to get to nightlife of Glasgow as well as the interest spots. That being said, with the window open it can be quite noisy. Amenities in the room were great. If you drive here there is also a parking garage across the street from the hotel.
