8/10 Good

My reviews are to help other travelers. Pros: The flat is clean except for dust bunnies on light fixtures. The studio was spacious. The property management company is responsive-I had an issue and it was fixed within a couple hours. Cons: the flat is directly next door to a mosque and directly across the street from a high school. So twice a day, it is quite loud from the teens going in and out of school. Several times a day, it is quite loud from groups gathering outside the mosque. I have no issue with either of these groups, I am just providing information that if you're in the flat, it can get loud sometimes because the flat is on the front of the building on the street. A washing machine is advertised and it is there, but its in the hallway closet of the building and I was looking for it in the flat. While soaps and shampoos are provided, it is not enough depending on the length of your stay-the bottles are tiny. The lock on the door to the individual flat is a lock from when it was built as a house long ago before it was made into separate flats - like old style, keyhole type lock - meaning an indoor lock. While you need an access code to enter the building, since it is the first flat in the building on the ground floor, I would have felt safer with a sturdier lock. The mattress is not that comfy. Not the worst I've ever had, but far from the best-made worse by the fact that there is nowhere else to sit to relax (no sofa or chair). A decent stay in a good location.
