"The staff here were all really friendly and very helpful. We’re not Italian speakers but the staff had excellent English so this wasn’t a problem. The rooms were very clean and well equipped and room service came in every day. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of things to choose from. We spent time at the rooftop jacuzzi area which was a very pleasant place to sit and relax."

"The front desk person was very helpful and clear. hotel has a shuttle but the first one is at 4:45 which was a little late for us. While we were going to the airport there were four other groups who also ended up taking taxi’s. I don’t understand why they couldn’t provide a taxi a half hour earlier. The hotel itself is a little run down with peeling wall paper and looking a little tired. "
