Our stay here was awful! We booked 2 nights with a check in at 4 pm. We arrived at 4:30 and was told we didn’t have a room as they have not cleaned them yet. Apparently the people who stayed the night before us, never left. We couldn’t get into our room until 7:45 and the room was not clean. We called the desk to tell them there was dirty towels in the floor and the bed looked like the blanket was just pulled back. We removed the bedding and told them to come replace everything. The door to our room did not have any door insulation so the cold air from outside blew right into the room which meant we had to leave the heat cranked up. Saturday morning we woke up to shower and had no hot water. We then tried the tub (that we had to pay extra for) and learned the entire room had no hot water. We told the front desk and we were told they would have someone to come look at the hot water heater. So we went out for the day and didn’t get back until around 10 pm and the entire room reeked of weed. Apparently people were smoking weed on their balcony area and our ac/heat system was pushing it right into our room. We contacted the front desk and the guy that answered laughed at us and said there was nothing he could do. Sunday morning came and our hot water was still not working and not one did anyone try to contact us to make corrections. When we checked out the front desk guy wrote down our name and number and said that someone would be in contact. That never happened.
