This is our smallest and lowest price economy listing. There is 1 main room with the TV area, desk, and kitchenette. Off the kitchen area is the 1 full bedroom with King bed, and the updated bathroom. The TV area has a 2nd Queen Murphy bed. We maximized the space and it can be comfortable for 2 people for a week or longer. Can do 3 or 4 people for shorter stays of 1-3 nights, but can be tight.



Bathroom includes fresh towels and shampoo / soap. This property has a laundry room on the first floor. Outdoor patio seating & grill is out back by the parking. Each Apartment has private parking to fit up to 2 cars front to back.

This is a multi-family property with each apartment on its own level and private entrance. With any multi-family, there is some noise transfer from the apartment above.
