"Clean room, peaceful hotel which looks lovely when you walk in! Spa also nice but quite small. Bed comfortable and spacious rooms with lovely en suite. Unfortunately, we had one bathing towel between us and they advertise 24 room service for food and drink. However when we rang we were told there was absolutely no food available so we ended up missing our evening meal as it was 11pm. Our advice was, “ Ring Uber Eats”. When we complained we were told we would be emailed their response. Nearly a week later and nothing."

"Awful accommodation. Not as advertised in the description, the photos were absolutely misleading. The property was not clean, hair everywhere. Shower gel or shampoo was empty and noone to find within the propert to ask for a refill. Advertised as accommodation for 4 people, but not enough space for 4 people to be in the same living space at the same time. Photos showed beds to be separate, but all beds (1 double and 2 singles) were under the roof cramped together, no privacy for 4 adults who are not used to be sharing a cramped sleeping space together."
