Room was not clean sink was leaking cracked outlet cover dirty sheets on bed no, I can’t get it and when addressed to the staff was brushed off and told someone would call no one ever called and then when I tried calling was talked over and put on hold then hung up on . Worst stay

My room was not clean . Sheets were dirty . There were still someone else’s things in the room . There was no gym. Breakfast ends at 9AM and they only offer coffee no juice or yogurt nothing other than coffee .

Another guest was sitting directly outside of the window and door to the main hall chain smoking cigarettes, leading to the entire first floor smelling like cigarettes. Another guest complained but it seemed like nothing was done about it. Traveling with a baby I specifically seek out smoke-free accommodations so it was very dial. Room was clean.

Great location. Very clean. But also very minimal. And the mattresses are not great. Everything about this location is good but they really need to upgrade the bedding for long term.
