The hotel was amazing. We stayed here bc hotels.com didn’t actually make my reservation when I did so we found out on the flight from Seattle to Kona that we didn’t have a place to stay. 2 stars for hotels.com bc the customer service was helpful (this time) but this is the second time this has happened.

This property is probably the worat i e ever stayed at. Nothing was in good condition from carpet to the curb out front. Staff was barely helpful. Dark and dingy. Thumbs down.

dirty room and balcony, bar closes when it wants, hidden resort fees. Had to walk down to the Hilton to get food and drink as they closed because they wanted to go home.

This property is overdue for an update.The dining experience was found to be lacking. So example, the drinks offered during the buffet where watered down. It was as if the pitchers were prefilled and the ice was allowed to melt.
