The Space:

From the 37th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, youâre high above the city, yet just moments from the shoreline and neighborhood energy below. Breezy lanai mornings and warm evenings overlooking Waikiki create an easy rhythm throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo sleeps 4 guests and offers a flexible layout. The bedroom, separated from the living area by a sliding door, includes one queen bed and one full bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds additional sleeping space while keeping the home true to its one-bedroom design. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage are provided for comfort and convenience.
Living area
The living space is designed for unwinding after a day out. Large windows frame ocean and Diamond Head views, while a 51-inch HDTV with standard cable, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection provide easy entertainment. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable in Honoluluâs consistent tropical climate.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with full-size appliances and cooking basics. A dining table offers space to enjoy meals together, and coffee is provided to start your mornings at a relaxed pace.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and bathroom essentials, along with hot water and a hair dryer for an easy routine after the beach.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private lanai to take in ocean air and city views. Outdoor seating and a dining area create a comfortable setting for coffee, reading, or winding down as evening lights come on below.
Building amenities
Guests have access to a shared heated pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna - the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. The building also offers a shared BBQ grill, sun loungers, an outdoor playground, elevator access, paid laundry facilities, and free parking for one vehicle in the garage. An EV charger is available on the property. Self check-in with a keypad and long term stays allowed (28 days or more) add flexibility to your plans.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

âą All new loungers and daybeds
âą Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
