I had some booking issues that were not the fault of the hotel. So we arrived flustered. I need to add i was traveling with my parents who are seniors and cantankerous. We got to our room we had some issue with keys and missing coffemaker. Parmitha( front desk ) was very friendly and helpful. She was able tobget our rooms squaared very quickly and was friendly the whole time. I stay jere everytime i comw to town to visit my daughter at school and i will continue to come here. I recommend it for a clean room and good price. It quiet off the beaten path..ACROSS The street is a Walmart if you forget anything.

This use to be my go to hotel but after what i went thru my last visit ill never book again. The older guy at desk was rude telling me what not to do like im a child. They charge a 50 dollar deposit which they never charge me before if im going to pay a deposit then i mind as well go to a better hotel. Then i went to go use there computer the next morning and the same old guy says the internet dont work and when i click on the browser Google pops up with no problem he just didn't want me in his lobby. And thru the night i had some random knocking at my door. This is what I get for trying to save some money next time im pay for quality

My reservation was with the Baymont by Wyndham Houston Hobby Airport. The room was very clean when I arrived. The mattress was thick and extra comfortable but firm. The pillows were high quality and did not go flat in the middle of the night. I usually have to fold them half to keep my head in the correct position. When I awoke in the morning I felt rested and ready to start my day. There was a Walmart across the street any quick needs and a Murphy USA to fill my car gas. There was also a Starbucks and Subway within walking distance. This was the best place for me to stay with my Grandson on move in day at the University of Houston.

I have stayed several times at this hotel. The staff is very nice and willing to help you in any way. The rooms are clean, and I'm very picky about my bathrooms. They were very clean. I felt very safe at this hotel. I normally don't eat breakfast, but my husband like it. Will visit again.
