My place is perfect for couples, business travelers & families looking for a place to rest and relax. All bedrooms are upstairs on the 3rd floor with Large Master Bedroom Suite (Bedroom 1) and a queen bed (Bedroom 2) . It's amazing & looks out onto open nature. It also include is a convertible sofa sleeper & desk in the living room area. On the 2nd story is the living room, dining room and a kitchen area. There's plenty of parking in the garage and outside the garage for over-sized vehicles.

- Locals must contact the host prior to instant booking. This is to prevent parties at our building, The building has a strict occupancy limit, any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately.

- 1. This is our home. Please keep kitchen, living room & bathroom clean.
- 2. Unregistered guests are NOT ALLOWED to enter the house per VRBO Rules. If you have a guest, please let us know beforehand, and we can register them.
- 3. Smoking and Illegal Drug Use are NOT allowed ANYWHERE on property. Smoking damage fee: minimum $250.
- 4. Toilet: Do not flush feminine products or wipes. Unclogging charge: minimum $240 .Animals or Pets are NOT allowed.
- 5. You must also acknowledge: Must climb stairs - standard stairs for 3 story-house
- 6. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200.
