I showed up and the AC was broken for the entire hotel in including the room for 36 hours. Completely unacceptable. No advance notice was given or I would of stayed elsewhere. I slept poorly due to it.

Had a great time in Houston. Loved the cookies!!! Front desk female hospitality team was super helpful & welcoming. The food at the restaurant was great, was impressed that the burger was fulfilling and tasty. Also, They offer a courtesy shuttle within 3 Mile radius, so we took that to Lakewood church. Corey was so welcoming and nice. The only downfall is that the breakfast buffet could be better.
