Outdated, needs better cleaning.

Check-in desk staff was very friendly. Valet was okay. Their phone wasn’t working so we couldn’t ping them to get our car. The room was clean but very outdated. There were stains all over the carpet and mold (black mold) growing on the ceiling. Bathroom was pretty clean and bed was comfortable. The extra blanket had other people’s hair on it and I felt disgusted. We left after breakfast next day because the mold looked like it got bigger.

Food was good. Only downside is that our room (301) had a faulty fridge. The freezer worked just fine. Also there is no “cold or cool” water in the shower…it was like hellfire each time! But those two nitpicks aside, service was great.

I was greeted by a rude staff member at the car park entry. I tried to seek her help, but she ignored me several times while continuing to browse her smartphone. When I brought up my complaint at the front desk, the management did not address it. The suite I received was acceptable, but I believe the rooms and furniture need an upgrade to meet the standard they promise. I would rather book simple hotels, where I don’t expect first-class service, than use this hotel.
