I checked in at 12am and was sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Seems like a pretty basic thing to manage. Had to return to front desk and get a new room. Breakfast voucher or something would have been nice.

Great location, beautiful hotel. We’ve stayed here before for volleyball at the George R. Brown Convention Center next door. Love the bar and clean rooms. Only downside is $65 a day for valet parking, wow. And the attendants still expect tips…
