4. Quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM daily.
5. No unapproved events (outside visitors must be approved).
6. Cameras at front door, side door and facing backyard.
7. Decibel monitoring device in common area.
8. If you are booking for a SAME DAY check-in, please message to confirm check-in time.
9. 5. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval.
10. Stays Longer than 30 Days Require a signed Guest Agreement.

Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior). If you need to check-in prior prior to 2PM, there is an additional $20 fee per HOUR before 2pm.
