Tru by Hilton Cypress (Houston) has been my preferred choice hotel, for the past 5 years while visiting Texas. The hotel staff from the reservationist to housekeeping are all friendly, polite, and professional. Their hospitality is genuine and A-1. I've never had a bad experience. The hotel's exterior and interior are well kept. I highly recommend Tru by Hilton Cypress.

Great rooms. Hotel very difficult to find. It is located behind buildings like an ally. not enough signs that are visible. GPS kept saying make a sharp turn. Very confusing. I asked if others ad difficult time locating hotel, the staff said yes.

Two car alarms went off all night which kept me awake. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t know who the cars belonged to. The indoor pool was not heated and therefore ice cold.
