We checked in for one day but I really wish I had another hotel. First parking was confusing, I was told no parking on property but I can park in the parking lot behind (which is actually for another hotel) .. they gave me validation which was not even recognized by security in the parking lot. Anyways after check in at around 9:30ish and parking our car in the deck next door .. we came to our room and now our bathroom not flushing properly (super frustrating) … we told the staff who couldn’t change our room but promise to fix the bathroom .. we agreed and went outside .. upon returning which was close to 3am in the morning and bathroom was not fixed. We were told another ticket will be issued and maintenance comes at 6:30am .. what is the point .. we need to use bathroom now .. again super frustrating. Then at 8:30am in the morning, we had to knock on the door .. what is the point ? We were checking out .. very frustrating and unbelievable service by Hilton .. I honestly expected better service and quality by Hilton. I was offered free breakfast (which I politely declined) and parking fee was waived but then again I was told we validate parking and park behind in the parking lot .. lots of incorrect information .. very frustrating day due to Hilton’s lake of service .. please bring your game up or customers have better options.

Staff is very friendly, particularly the breakfast staff. Rooms are clean but can be a bit noisy at times. You can't adjust the thermostat in your room so if you like sleeping with it colder, too bad. Only one elevator working which led to long waits.

It took over 30 minutes to get into our room. No luck on first attempt, the card key did not work. Card was re-keyed but that didn’t work either. So maintenance gets called. And we waited until they finally gave up and booked us in a different room.
