The view is amazing.
To be charged $25 to park at your own hotel is crazy. Hotel was nice but nowhere near what thwy charge for. I check in made my way to my room to realize it was 82 degrees inside and A/C was not working. Was told i would be discounted and moved to another room. Was neither discounted nor moved to another room. I stayed 4 nights. I wanted ro cancel my reservation altogether but front desk assured me they would handle the problem. And they did not...now manager won't return my call to discuss. And towels were terrible $400 a night you think you would have towels at least. Service was terrible had to ask for coffee and towels almost everyday. I would not recommemd staying here. Stay across the street at the Sand Castle amd save money

This facility was awful, loud, dirty and didn't seem like a Marriott property. We booked a king bed suite with an ocean view and they had a pull out sofa for a second bed. The pull out was broken dirty and the matresscwas about 3 inches thick and had a big stain. I would have gotten a dual queen room but did not see it during the booking process. The bathroom was not stocked with towels Tp or clean. We also had to wait until 10pm to get blankets for the pull out that we didn't use. The Furniture was dirty and worn out not comfortable to sit on at all. The next day we moved rooms and had similar issues, no towels mold on the shower floor a loud noise from an AC unit right outside the front door, I was not the only one who noticed thisxas another patron was complaining about this to staff outside my door. For the price I expected more. We will never return and will tell friends to avoid this place.
