The place is great! The people that stay there not always. Parking is paid and in a structure. If you don’t want to pay $37 a day, you have to find something off site. That is my only real gripe.

Enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour. The hotel is dated but clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating with requests. Parking is expensive. At one point there was no available parking and many issues with the parking card to get in. Booked many months in advance however, was given an accessibility suite.

Great stay, would definitely stay here again. Staff was great, check in was smooth & the drink vouchers were a great touch. Beautiful hotel for sure; rooms are just as pictured. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Perfect location, everywhere we had to go that weekend was close & no traffic for the most part. Only issue once was the parking, we came back late & couldn’t find any parking but they did have additional parking upon asking. Only annoying thing was the double parked guests but that’s not the hotels fault.

Front desk was in a hurry to check us in as well as check us out. When we arrived to our room, there was still left over food from whoever stayed in the room before us. It appeared that the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned as there was left essential things left in the bathroom as well.

Room needs deep clean

The hotel itself was good. But the room had a lot of water buildup on showerhead, 2 sinks. Which caused the water to have a certain smell. The toilet tank had low pressure and you had to wait for water to fill to flush again. The housekeeper didn't do deep clean before we got into room. Felt it was more a wipe down and vacuum the room only. Their were hairs under the sheets. Carpet throughout the hotel needs a deep clean. Should have 2 omelets chefs instead of 1 which caused a lot of waiting to the point people were just leaving. The breakfast station should have variety of fruits and should be more organized. I usually choose a Embassy suites but wouldn't return to this location. Also the parking was $37 per night but had maybe 100 spots reserved for entire hotel garage.
