This second-floor condo provides you with the comforts of home with two championship golf courses, a beautiful swimming beach and a first-class resort just a short walk away. Located in Kuilima Estates West, neighboring the luxurious Turtle Bay Resort, the condo overlooks the 3rd fairway of the George Fazio Championship golf course with stunning mountain views beyond.

The condo has recently been remodeled with new carpet, tile flooring, kitchen appliances, countertops, shower/tub, paint, furniture and Hawaiian dĂ©cor. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed for an especially comfortable night’s sleep and the screened-in lanai provides extended living room space to enjoy the beautiful outdoors without the critters. This unit also provides you with wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer, and a Lazy-Boy sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is also a pack-n-play crib for a little one to sleep in. We now have AC in main bedroom, living room, and loft for your comfort.

The condo complex has three recently renovated swimming pools, tennis courts, and barbeque cabana areas for your enjoyment. Casual and fine dining, cocktails, and spa services are just steps away at the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort. There are also miles of scenic walking, biking and horseback riding trails, and a perfect swimming beach.

A short 20-minute drive brings you to the historic North Shore town of Haleiwa with excellent shopping and dining choices, and don’t forget shaved ice from Matsumoto! On the way you can enjoy many of the North Shore’s beautiful, world-famous beaches such as Waimea Bay and Sunset beach. The Polynesian Cultural Center and the stunning Waimea Falls Park are each just a quick 15-minute ride.

You can also enjoy snorkeling or SCUBA diving at Shark’s Cove, only 10 minutes from the condo. And for all you surfing enthusiasts, the Vans Triple Crown professional surfing event is held on multiple North Shore beach breaks just 15 minutes away from the condo during the months of November and December.

Great place!

The property was very nice. Great space for our family of 6. So nice to have a kitchen and 2 full baths. Conveniently located. The beach / pool gear was so great to have on hand! One night the loft was pretty hot and the kids slept on the pullout couch but after the first night the temperature was manageable.

Absolutely perfect!

We had a great stay at the condo with our family of four. The condo was clean, spacious with everything you need for a vacation on the North Shore. The pool was right next to the condo with BBQ pits. Turtle bay beach and the resort is a short walk and the balcony faces the quiet and pristinely maintained golf course. North Shore beaches and Kahuku are a short drive away. Will visit again!

Great location- needs work

Location was great, but listing was misleading. The condo itself needs some improvements and the listing says AC but in reality there is one window unit in the main bedroom and it is also very loud. Other than that you have fans in each room. We kept windows and the sliding glass door open all day and ran fans all night. The kids struggled to stay cool in the loft and our toddler was so hot trying to sleep. We did not want to spend anytime there during the day. If you are sensitive to heat- it’s something to note. Also some lights and outlets didn’t work and the carpet needs replacing. If it were in a lower price range we wouldn’t feel the need to be as picky, but we’ve stayed on the north shore several times and feel we’ve had great comparisons.

Wonderful accommodations

Clean and comfortable condo. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We enjoyed the pool just outside of the condo, and the many beaches a short walk or drive away. Not a ton of shopping nearby but several yummy food trucks a few minute drive away. We appreciated that the condo is equipped with a few pool noodles, beach chairs, and 6 beach towels.

Family get away
