Unit is located right on the Arnold Palmer golf course and a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Turtle Bay Resort. Enjoy luxury gated community amenities featuring gated access, parking for 1 car, 2 private pools and BBQ areas. Enjoy watching the sunset from The Point: Sunset & Pool Bar, dine on the beach at Roy's Beach House or enjoy the local favorite, Lei Lei's Bar & Grill - all a five minute walk away.

This spacious condo features an open-air loft with natural breezes and trade winds throughout.

The newly renovated kitchen features a refrigerator with filtered water and ice, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, rice cooker and coffee maker that takes whole bean or ground coffee.

The loft bedroom features a spiral staircase up to the bedroom, a king bed, built-in closet, and a chest of drawers for easy storage. PLEASE NOTE: this unit is not suitable for young children due to the spiral staircase.

The living room features a queen sized memory foam sofa bed, 60in Samsung Smart TV and serene views of the courtyard, golf course and pool.

The lanai has a cool breeze and overlooks a quaint and secluded courtyard with the golf course being seen through the trees.
