Huge House, Heated Pool, AC, Steps to Kailua Beach

Inquire about short stays, we accommodate them where possible. Spacious, resort-style residence located within 100 yards of Kailua Beach. Featuring a private courtyard and pool, this indoor/outdoor floor plan is ideal for family gatherings. The extensive renovation features an expansive master suite, a workout area, renovated bathrooms, an open bistro-style chef's kitchen, and a distinct laundry room in addition to a solar-heated pool. An oasis of genuine luxury awaits you in paradise.

The property manager lives a few minutes away from this home and is available to help, even on weekends and after hours.

This house is located in the beachside community of Kailua. There are many restaurants within a couple miles as well as a Whole Foods Market for your grocery needs.

The entire house can be used by the guests. The only exceptions are the garage and one of the two closets in the master bedroom.

Bathrooms and bedrooms
There are five restrooms and eight aesthetically pleasing bedrooms. Five rooms, each, feature a queen bed. Both rooms feature a king-size bed. And one room with a twin trundle bed and a full bed.

The kitchen
The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed with every conceivable item, including wine glasses and dishes and cookware. The kitchen is exposed to the indoor/outdoor dining area and features counter seating. In addition, two refrigerators have been added per a guest's recommendation.

While dining
Large sliding doors in the dining area lead to the outdoor covered lanai, which provides additional seating for eight. Five bar stools are located atop the kitchen island.

LOUNGE ROOM
An additional set of sizable sliding doors in the expansive living room provide access to the lanai.

ATTRACTIONS and LOCATION:
This residence is situated a mere five houses from the shoreline and a two-minute stroll from Kailua shoreline, one of the most picturesque beaches globally. There are numerous restaurants and a Whole Foods Market within a couple of miles for your grocery requirements.

AC:
Air conditioning is provided in the living room and all bedrooms. Although the kitchen and dining room lack air conditioning, substantial sliding doors allow for the ingress of chilly trade breezes.

Legally recognized as a residence, this property is rented for a minimum of thirty consecutive days. Early departures do not incur any penalty, so you may reserve a lesser stay as specified on the website. This is in compliance with sections 19-18 of the ordinances of the city and county of Honolulu. A thirty-day rental agreement is required.


It is best to rent a car. Parking is provided at the home. If you are interested in renting our van at the property, please let us know.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a lot of us, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is huge, so many of us could be in there at once and not feel crowded. We loved the huge family room which we used many times for family movie nights during our stay. We loved the pool! Huge and refreshing and there were lots of floaties to use. There were also LOTS of beach towels available. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and we watched many sunrises from there. This house was perfect for our Kailua stay! Debra, the property manager was readily available and super helpful!

The villa was clean and spacious and worked for our party of 12 Adults. Great location on the far side of Island, but only 30-45 mins to Airport, Pearl Harbor, Honolulu. 5 mins to local beach or 10 mins by car to Lanikai beach. Pool was very pleasant. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Located on corner of cul de sac and road which was quite busy, but plenty of local amenities and shops which are walkable but use of car preferable.

Great and Amazing Place

Ive been renting houses in Kailua for over 20 years. If there is a place you can stay and get rained out the whole time and still be happy its this place. Sitting on the lanai is just as good as sitting on the beach. Lots of rental provided amenities as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

Spectacular Holiday Home

This house exceeded our expectations. 16 of us all had a comfortable place to sleep and lots of space to socialize or get time alone. The pool was perfect and used a lot and the access to the beach was so close. The beach was quiet with friendly people and the waves were so fun for boogie boarding and swimming, The house was clean, check in was easy, and the property manager was quick to answer questions. Our group had ages 10-50 and everyone of us had an amazing time. Highly recommend this house!!

Fantastic house!

This house was perfect for our large group of 14. It’s clean, spacious, and the layout is great for being all together without being cramped. Each bedroom had plenty of storage to unpack our things, the beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have a/c units in each bedroom to accommodate each person’s temperature preference. There were so many pool towels that we didn’t need to bring our own. The kitchen is truly fully stocked! Pantry items (spices and dry goods) were plentiful, too. Don’t go to the grocery store until you see what’s there first in terms of spices and dried goods. The pool and beach toys, rafts, mats and accessories were in abundance! We were so grateful for the selection of those items! All of the bathrooms were spacious and clean, as well. The house has a “beach feel” to it and with the beach only a 2-minute walk it was a nice atmosphere. I especially appreciated the outdoor shower to keep the sand out of the house and pool - very convenient to have. The property manager was absolutely delightful! She, as well as the property owner, were very accommodating and friendly. The property manager even came by (planned) to greet us and tell us about some great local spots for food, shopping and fun. She was responsive when we reached out for anything. There was even a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us with snacks and fruit when we arrived. Love is in the details and we felt very welcomed by that small gesture. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great Hawaiian Vacation for the Group of 13

The house was very nice and roomy. The kitchen and dining area was very good for the 13 people we had in our group. It was great to have 2 refrigerators for all the food we needed for all of us. Disappointed that there was not the computer available as shown in the review of the home. We had 3 cockroach visitors during our stay which was surprising and a little alarming since we don't have them here in our homes. I never saw one before and didn't know they were so big! Dan the pool man was very pleasant and helpful when we asked him about places of interest and places to visit. The landscape/lawn people were very pleasant and friendly as well. We were surprised the first times they both arrived because we weren't notified that these strangers would just be showing up. We would like to know if everything was left in order and whether anything will be taken from security deposit. If so what and when can we expect security deposit to be returned if everything was left in order. We all were very happy that the beach was so close to the house and enjoyed the toys and chairs that were there for that purpose. You have a great place there in Hawaii and it made our stay very enjoyable. We got to see a lot of beautiful scenery, spend time at the beach, and enjoyed time at the house in the pool and having meals outside. It was nice also that it wasn't too far from town where we could shop. Thank you

Great family house!

This house has enough space for everyone! Plenty of room to hang out together or on your own. Our kids loved having the pool to swim in. The short walk to the beach was nice. The beach area was not crowded either. Lots of beach toys and plenty of towels. Having a washer and dryer was great as well. We would stay here again!

Fantastic stay!!!

This property was everything we needed and more! It was clean, big, well stocked with kitchen items and fun beach items, it was exactly as specified in the description. The property manager assisted us quickly anytime we had questions. The pool was the perfect temperature and it was super clean and well kept, the instruction manual and info book was great to review, all of the rooms were nice and the bathrooms large and clean. 4 of the rooms share 2 bathrooms (2 rooms with Jack and Jill in between), and two bedrooms with own bathrooms, the living areas were great when the weather was not - or when we needed a break. The walk to the beach was easy and close, and the neighbors that we met were so kind! We would absolutely stay here again!

Property was conveniently located close to the beach and shopping areas which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and an assortment of beach and pool toys were available. The layout of the home was perfect for casual dining and conversation. Debra Piro, property manager responded promptly to our requests. Pool was well maintained and always clean. Unfortunately, the interior furnishings were somewhat "tired" and the exterior could use some care. We arrived after heavy rains and the house smelled musty for the duration of our stay.

Family every two year Hawaii Vacay 2021

We have been renting a house every two years for our family vacation. We’ve rented the Breakwater Estate twice in Maui. This is the third home we’ve rented in Oahu. It did not disappoint. It is a big house and everything we needed was provided. All our family members and friends were so impressed with the space and amenities. The exterior could use a little paint. It would be nice to have lights in the pool for night swimming. These would not take away from a five star rating. It is a very short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Kailua Beach is a few minutes drive. Spectacular! Debbie Piro was so helpful and accommodating. She was so responsive with all our questions. The owner as well is the easiest person to work with. Cornichuck Vacation/ Celebration

For the most part the property is very nice and plenty of rooms for accommodation but it needs some TLC. Overall the property was clean with the exception of bathrooms needing a Deep Clean inside and outside of showers where soap residue on tiles could be seen as well as bathroom floor. We stopped anyone from using the Pool Bathroom Shower after our first day. Water would flow through the enclosure door and flood the floor soaking the bath mat. Looks like the doors needs replacement or readjustment. Kitchen sink caulking is separated from sink and needs to be replaced. Master bedroom door to deck needs repair and some WD40. A piece of flooring located to the right of the Master Bedroom Fan Control and directly under middle of window next to the control needs repair where a small portion has broken through.. Launi sliding doors could use WD40 on the rollers for ease of opening. The property advertises use of a rooftop deck but yet there was no furniture. Decking needs work as well where boards are warped and cracking. Roof soffit needs repair as well where boards are separated from roof with some rot. During our stay we killed 9 Cockroaches, called property manager for a exterminator and killed 2 more after before we left. Cement walkway and walls around pool and patio could use pressure washing. Photoelectric Switch for driveway gate needs to be replaced where we had two situations where gate closed while cars were waiting to leave driveway. One car had damage under rear drivers side door. Other than what is mentioned the property was very accommodating for our family vacation. Mahalo

Excellent location

Excellent location. A short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on Oahu. The house is large and roomy and well appointed. It has lots of beach towels, beach toys, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, etc. The pool is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. There is a bar-b-que. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor (no closet), on the 2nd floor there is a Main Suite and 4 bedrooms with 2 “jack-and-jill” bathrooms. And on the 3rd floor another large bedroom with an attached small room with a trundle bed and another bathroom. All bedrooms have individual air conditioners. The common rooms on the ground floor have fans, but no a/c. We ran into some maintenance issues, but the property manager responded promptly. Unfortunately, not all was fixed during our stay. The refrigerator takes a long time to make ice and does not hold temperature well, but the repair person said it was working fine. We ended up buying bags of ice.

A short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Plenty of rooms for a family or friend vacation. The kitchen was perfect for cooking as well as keeping leftovers from dining out. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach gear, everything was there. Would definitely stay again!
