Luckily I had taken a screen shot of price on the listing before I booked it for proof of price I’m glad I did because, they over charged me at checkout. it was a long hassle over the phone with Vrbo to reverse over charges and it still wasn’t going to be reversed tell I told the agent I wanted her email to send a screen shot of proof of price listed. A person Shouldn’t have to go through that when Vrbo knows darn well and can see the listing in front of them makes themselves look Unprofessional & Dishonest. "

"We had a lovely stay and have already rebooked to return next year. Lisa provided plenty of essentials for us. Ive stayed at the Shores of Maui several times and truly believe you can't beat the location. The condo has large lanais which are great to eat out on. Lisa had a pack and play for our 1-year old which worked great. The high chair seemed to be stuck in a semi tilted position and we didnt want to potentially break anything, so we did not use it. It was fine feeding baby at the table.The only thing id like to see added to the kitchen are hot pads when you're using the oven, i couldnt locate them.There are loads of towels, extra sheets and beach play items. This condo is great and you wont regret renting it! "
