Minutes away from Disney, our two floor townhome located in Fiesta Key gated community has all new furnishings and appliances with cherry hardwood flooring on the main floor. With an open floor plan you and your family will have plenty of space to enjoy all of the luxuries our townhome has to offer.

On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen upgraded to all stainless steel appliances, laundry space w/ washer machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and towels. Family room has a sectional sofa with a pull out queen bed and a 55” LCD flat screened television with Xbox 360 game system. Right off the family room are floor to ceiling sliding doors welcoming you to the screened in patio, with a children's play place just steps away.

Kissimmee holiday

We enjoyed our stay at the property, everything are nice & clean. Though, the kitchen could used some more better cutting knives and kitchen scissor. We enjoy spending some times at the community pool, it is big enough that I could do laps in. I would recommend this property for a family of 4 - 5 people. We didn't need to contact the manager but information are there if you need to.

Family Birthday Celebration

I celebrated my 60th birthday along with a nephew who was celebrating his 29th birthday. Everything was wonderful for most of our stay. We cook on vacation and one mishap was that the oven door broke during breakfast the day before we were to leave. I reported the break immediately and received a response, but it wasn’t repaired while we were in the unit. Overall, it was a great space for our celebration. Thank you!

Kissimmee base for both coasts

Nice roomy townhouse with newer appliances and tv in each room. AC has 72 max low restrictor. When its 94 outside and 72 on 1st floor its much warmer in upstairs bdrms.

Enjoyed our stay, house was clean and roomy. Stores and restaurants weren’t too far away. Only thing that was kind of annoying was the floors on the top floor and stairs creaked a lot. Our babies are light sleepers so we had to be extra careful when they were asleep to not wake them. Other than that everything was awesome

This villa is in a great location - close to many restaurants, stores, Old Town, Disney resorts & Hollywood Studios. The villas patio can use a deep clean, repainting and new lounge chairs. And there is an issue on and off at times with ants regardless of food being out. The villa though was great. Very spacious, Xbox to play DVDs, cozy sectional and Jose is great! He is quick to respond and accommodating when checking in and out. I'd definitely come back!

Great Disney Stay

My husband and l brought the kids to Disney for Christmas and this location was perfect. We didn’t want to stay on property, and didn’t want to stay in the busy downtown area. The townhouse was great only about a 15-20 minute drive to all the action
