Beautiful Family Villa with South Facing Pool Overlooking Conservation Area

Welcome to our beautiful Florida home in the exclusive gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. It is set in a peaceful and pleasant wooded conservation area with lakes, walking trails and children’s play area. The private approach road is lined with palms which are illuminated at night. The villa is ideally located for all major attractions and is approximately 20 minutes from Disney Theme Parks, 25 minutes from Sea World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. It is just over 5 minutes from Highway 192 with its wide range of shops, restaurants and other attractions. The living area of the villa is in a modern open-plan style incorporating the lounge area, kitchen and dining area. The extended and well furnished pool deck is ideal for relaxing after a day at the Theme Parks.
Alternatively, the shade of the Lanai with overhead fan provides the ideal spot to eat, read or just doze and at night the underwater lighting in the Pool and Spa creates a great back-drop for evening relaxation.

The house was just as the pictures, it was very clean and the bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen was well equiped. The BBQ was a bonus as hired ones are often not great it was clean and had gas so ready to use,we bought new gas and left it clean.we asked for the pool heat to be on the day before and it was. We found the deck a little overfull. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with.the home is in a lovely quiet gated area . The only thing that could be improved is the comfort of the beds , the master was ok but the others not so much. Also a few more towels. That said we still had a great stay.

The property is older but had some nice upgrades to bathroom and kitchen. We booked this property because it had a pool and spa as it was just my husband and we and did not need all the space but an enclosed pool with spa was a priority to us. However after the first night the spa did not work and it appeared the pool also stopped cleaning/cycling. I notified the host Martina right away but she seemed bothered. I tried to determine if she would try to resolve the situation and she said initially she would have someone out to check pool/spa. No one ever came out. I messaged a couple more times on day two and three of as no one came out to attempt to resolve . I asked for partial refund as we could not use the spa. She said she would work something out once issue is addressed, I was unsure what she meant and when I did not receive reply, I messaged again and shared my frustration with the communication. The host never replied to my last two messages. I feel this is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend booking with this host. I have NEVER had a host just ignore me. My communication was respectful and remain solution focused but It seems customer service is not a top priority for this host. It seems the pool and spa are in need of maintenance.

Great Property, within 30 mins of most popular attractions.

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean and very nice inside. The screen of the lanai was ripped in several locations, but we didn't have any bug issues outside, so not a big deal. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for our taste, but that's highly personal so others may like it! Overall we really enjoyed the property and our stay there was exceptional! Martina was very pleasant and responsive, as was the property management company. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay

Good location for us not far from shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was great in the early evenings after a long day in the heat of our adventures. Thanks for letting us stay we had a great time.

Overall it was good

The owners and management were quick to answer request. The pool guy did not clean the pool very well as he was there for 5 minutes and the pool was full of bugs when we got there. We cleaned it out daily. The furniture a little outdated, but kitchen was full of supplies needed to cook. Had to pay extra for a grill.

Stayed for a cheer competition

Wonderful house with a great location to a lot of the resorts and restaurant's. The pool was a nice touch and really private. The neighborhood was quiet and had great curb appeal. My daughter and I enjoyed playing a round of pool and foosball.

property is very comfortable, and private pool area is a plus. its off of the main highway (about 5 miles) for getting away from the busy area, but close enough to many restaurants and activity's including the theme parks which are about 20 minutes away. Great for our needs

House suited our needs just fine. Pros: °Beds were comfy °Close to Disney and convention center °plenty of space Cons: °Screen around the pool has large holes/tearing, so we were eaten alive by bugs. Also allowed a lot of ‘gunk’ into the pool. °Only one lid (that we could find) for all the pots in the kitchen All in all, we had an amazing time and the price was right.

Property was just as described. Clean, well maintained. Perfect for my family. Cooking appliances were a little outdated and worn. Beach/pool towels were well used. Hot tub was not used as there was no easy step for a senior to get out of. That was disappointing. We did enjoy our stay.

Memorial Day 2022

We booked this as a weekend get away before summer starts and the boyfriend gets super busy at work. Was nice and relaxing in the pool in the evenings...the hot tub was nice but was hard for me and my bad knee to get in and out of. The bed was so comfy. The house was great! The wifi would only connect to my kindle for some unknown reason but that was fine with us because we didnt care to be on the laptops anyway and phones have data so it all worked. Thank u for letting us stay!
