Villa with Private Pool and Spa

Our Floridian villa home on the fantastic resort of Trafalgar Village surrounded by beautiful woodland. Set on a quiet cul de sac in a private setting, surrounded by nature, our home oozes charm and luxury. A lovely lounge area, with large HD TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast nook and dining room. 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The Master bedroom is on ground level with Kingsize bed. Upstairs on level 1, are a King bedroom, Queen bedroom, a Double Bedroom and rooms 4 & 5 are twin bedrooms.TV's are in all rooms. Also an I pod docking station in the informal lounge area, for your music pleasure. A private pool and spa area, with plenty of sunloungers, chairs and table. A pool bathroom is situated within the lanai area. A large extended pool deck, bathed in sunshine all day and not overlooked. A long front porch with beautiful wicker furniture and 2 rocking chairs, giving you a feeling of transporting back to the colonial era. There is free WiFi throughout the home and free local calls. We also feature a Key West themed Margaritaville style games room, with air hockey / pool table and dartboard. Our home is furnished to a very high standard throughout. There is the Clubhouse a 5 minute walk from the home, with fitness centre and pool/ spa. The clubhouse also has a 40 seated Cinema which shows movies throughout the day or you can take your own DVD and watch on the big screen. All in all our home caters for your every need

Great place for families

We had 2 families stay for a week here. There were 4 teenagers, 2 toddlers and 2 adults. There was plenty of space for us all. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. It was centrally located to the major attractions and beaches that we visited while on our vacation. The pool was such a treat!

Great for family

We had 7 adults and 7 kids, the house had enough space, I do wish the TVs was bigger in the big rooms. The was a guy around back which was a little creepy the first day we arrived, but I learned it was the pool guy. But overall everything went well, would stay again if I visit Orlando again.

Dont count on swimming !!!

When we arrived after a 16 hr drive in we was really excited but that soon was shot down ... right off when we walked in to see dirty hand prints all over to say the least but what was the worse part was walking out to jump n pool to not even be able to see the bottom .we called everyonethat i could get to answer and they failed to get is fixed...we stayed 4 days and never even got to enjoy the pool with my family never again..

Roomy, clean and close to attractions.

Plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean, lots of extra towels for pool and beach. The kids loved the private pool and the fact they got their own rooms. All the things we did were all within a 20 to 30 minute drive, most even closer. It had everything you could need and then some. I would highly recommend this home.

Comfy Like Home

My family and I really enjoyed this home. We had a large group of adults and children and we had plenty of space to relax and to entertain. There was something to do from the living room to the pool to the game room. Basically everything we needed was there except for groceries! This home is a 30 minute ride to many theme parks and shopping centers. We enjoyed Disney! Also everyone we dealt with from the security at the entrance to the sanitation workers were very helpful and nice. So I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a very comfortable vacation home.

Perfect family stay

Celebrating our 40th anniversary, this was the perfect home. We had plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. The game room kept the grandkids busy while their parents were busy planning the next day's activities or just wanting some adult time to sit and chat. The pool was a perfect plus to keep the kids busy while the parents got some sun too! The home is very spacious and clean. You will not be looking for more space during your stay here. The home is nicely appointed with plenty of welcoming furniture. The home is located at the end of a cul de sac and is very private. There aren't any houses behind the house, where the pool is located and to the side of the house is very private as well. Perfect for privacy and children.

We had one issue. The trash. We didn't put the trash out on Monday because we just got there Sunday. I thought the family before us would have put their trash out but no we were suppose to put it out Monday. So we had a crap load of trash and the wild animals had a buffet one night. At the end of our stay we did find a dumpster for some of the trash. We love the house and would stay again. Thanks Paddy for letting us stay at your home. Donna Epps Williamsburg Va

Great Home With Space For Everyone

We were so blessed to stay here for the week of Thanksgiving and our family truly enjoyed ourselves. The well-appointed home is just as pictured and the amenities — coupled with nearby shopping and restaurants — really present the "home away from home" feel that everyone looks for. I have already recommended this to a number of friends and family.
