"Probably one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Location was beautiful, rooms were stunning. We stayed in the 2 bed jacuzzi suite and it was really impressive. Beautiful bathrooms, kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed. Comfy beds, spotless. The jacuzzi bath was also wonderful. The grounds were beautiful, it was raining pretty hard so we didn’t make use of the bbq’s or fire pits unfortunately. We did stroll around though and found bear prints in the sand near the railway, and then a couple of hours later actually spotted a bear just down the tracks, so cool! Bring bear spray! Staff were just wonderful. Honestly, such a lovely welcome, have us a lovely bag of coffee for the room, and it really was great coffee. We had issues using the key in the door, and getting hot water out of the jacuzzi, not the hotels fault, both completely hour fault, we were obviously having a brain fog day. Both times we asked for help the staff were so friendly and helpful, and didn’t look at us like we were dumb, which we were! I only wish this stay had been longer than one night. Will definitely return in the future."

"Perfect location for hiking and visiting around Lake Louise, no worries for parking. Next time I will bring some groceries since they have kitchen and everything. I thought they did cleaning every four days when I booked this place, but they did it once a day, great surprise! Btw, each computer/cellphone has a password for internet, very convenient! "
