I booked 2 rooms through Travelocity and was given one room on the 10th floor and the other on the 14th floor-really? When I questioned why I was told because I booked through a third party. All the help at the check in area were just pushy to get you to use the kiosks instead of actually helping you. Found a fake eyelash and a penny on the night table? Room on the 10th floor the sliding door did not stay closed and the 14th floor the shower wouldn’t drain. Kind of disappointed this is the first time I have had issues with the Linq.

Overall hotel was OK. The room, though wasn’t clean it had a used toothpick on the table/shelf and had many pubic hairs in the shower… kinda gross. Kind of made you wonder how clean the rest of the place was.

When we arrived at our room the heat / AC unit was super loud. I tried to call the front desk but the phone was broken. I walked down and asked to change the room they said they could not until the maintenance guy looked at it. He never showed up so i had to repeate the whole process again. Finally he showed up with an attitude and said if we changed the rooms the heater might be even louder. Sink clogged, soap dispenser leaked, someone was smoking cigarettes somewhere, i assume next door. We arrived a few hours early and they made us pay $25 to check into our room even though it was ready. We decided to leave a day early, of course they would not refund the one unused day. This place is terrible DO NOT stay here.

The Area was Great and the housekeeping and staff polite and excellent. Bad things was no refrigerator and coffee machine in the room Note: When we first arrived the gym had no Water and towels were in cabinet staff was off. Also other days I observed the staff waiting for a supervisor to open the supply door so they could get to work a few times. I think that was the issue in the gym that day as the other days all was supplied because the staff was there.

Hotel room is in bad condition. The refrigerator is not working. There are not enough towels or body wash. There was no real person to talk to but a number to text for any needs. No coffee or tea in the room either. The hotel only allowed 2 devices to be connected to the internet to be covered under the daily resort fee and any additional device cost additional fees.

I did not like the noise, do not stay on 9th floor. Extremely loud music for three nights outside. Overall, Motel 6 better kept. We paid too much for what we got in return.
