I was sorry to learn that your stay on this occasion fell short of your expectations and I express regret for the listed things which did not work properly during your stay - the quantity of treats. Please let me apologise for the issues you have experienced while staying with us and that the communication wasn't as clear as it should have been. Currently the maximum of guests allowed in a room is 3 people, we do have the family room category where you can allocate 4 people, however these are made of two rooms with specific features We always want guest expectations to be met during their stay and we continually work on improving our product and services. I would like to assure you that the appropriate action has been taken with a view of preventing any repetition of the problems which marred your stay.
