Cost 50 eu for uber just to get the keys.Staff and management were not accommodating and rude . Broken glass in the bathroom kitchen lighting was not working. Water heater was VERY loud. DON'T STAY HERE.

This place is terrible. The bathroom floor was dirty. Had a broken mirror above the sink. The water from the bathroom sink seeped thru the bottom of the cabinet. There was mold on bathroom ceiling. It smelt like a sewer. There were no functioning lights in kitchen, and they had provided a table lamp as a substitute. The table fan provided made so much noise, that it was useless. Thank God we stayed only for a night. Please do not rent this place.

Nice looking apartment. Lots of perks that did not work, or didn't have instructions for. They had video instructions with no verbal or written back up. It took us an hour and searching a manual for the washer/drier, to get it working. And needing to almost slam the door. Even in fast cycle a load takes about 1 1/2-2 hrs, and doesn't thoroughly dry the clothes. The tv instructions get it turned on but not how to bring up tv. There were radiators but no instructions how to turn it on. The couch had been cleaned and was still wet, very wet, as we fiund when we sat on it. The bathrĂłom sink wasn't draining, but my husband fixed that. The on demand propane watter heater worked well, but was quite noisy. Our second day we found a collection of user manuals.. Where that was kept would have been good to have in the rental guest page information . Anyway, frustrating and time consuming trying to settle in... Not "feeling like home" but could be. The agency was great at responding and trying to help me solve the problems ee kept encountering.

You need to get a better wine opener! Also instructions on operating the tv - if I spoke Portugese-problem solved! but I didn't and thus could not understand the procedures. Otherwise a very nice place to stay, very clean and I liked that I was able to open the windows. Very nice kitchen. I liked the location of the apartment. Very convient to trains and Metro.

large unit with charm but key pick up is 10km away

This one is a mixed bag - read on to see if it would suit your particular circumstances. Pros: spacious, good size kitchen with gas stove, picturesque outlook on to a historic square with plenty of charm (a real delight), it's a short walk (15mins) to Altice conference areas and the price. Cons: to check into this property you'll have to travel to the downtown 10km/6mi away to pick up the key. The bathroom has a lot of mould, the apartment furnishings are dated and some noise can be hear from the neighbours above. I would recommend it for long stays but if you're in town for a short one go somewhere more convenient
