We had a great stay, excellent location, close to train and bus links. Quiet with great amenities and lovely view to the river. Would definitely stay again, recommend!

Great host and a great location

Our host was so helpful and had a wonderful binder of resources for places to visit and hints on the culture. The apartment was lovely and had great views. Location was superb- a bit crowded at times but close to the water, plenty of shops, etc and amazing people. Would definitely stay again!

Great location! Nice basic apartment

Great location! and apartment was comfortable. Do know it's up 3 flights of stairs. Bed comfortable. Some noise on the weekends from nearby partiers (you may want to bring earplugs). Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Wonderful stay

Amazing location in Amalfa neighborhood, so much to explore nearby and very easy to walk or take transit to popular areas in Lisbon. Easy to get to from the airport taking the metro to the nearby Santa Apolónia station. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Maria was very helpful and provided a binder with information about nearby attractions, getting around the city, good restaurants etc. We had a great week!

Loved it!

Just as advertised - location, view, etc were all perfect! I ignored the reviews about the stairs and brought a huge suitcase anyway… dont do that. LOL. Stairs aren’t bad but with a huge bag, it was a journey!

Lisbon in 4 Days

Maria was very prompt and efficient. The apartment was ideally situated for us and Maria had a binder full of suggestions of where to visit and how to navigate public transit. The kitchen was well enough stocked with the basics, but there should have been a full set of glass ( no plastic ) wine and beer glassware. Also, the were no sharp knives for cutting bread, meat, cheese, or vegetables.

Très bel appartement, lumineux, spacieux et très bien situé ( rue calme, proche de la gare et de petits commerces et restaurants). Excellente communication avec le propriétaire qui nous a accommodées, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons chaudement!

Great for us

Great place. Enjoyed the local restaurants and sites. Great area to explore and get “lost”. Stairs up to 3rd floor were narrow and winding, tough if you have a large suitcase.

This apartment is located in one of the loveliest old world neghbourhoods that I have encountered. it is tucked away on a little street around the corner from all the Fado restaurants.
