Excellent value for money.

Can't be faulted for ambiance, comfort and service. I never used the restaurant so can't comment on that. Only down side was the railway noise. A room on the right hand side opposite the elevators would help this.

I had an issue where my ac was broken. Maintenance went there twice and confirmed the issue. However after that the reception tried to convince me that the ac could only go until 26 in summer. After that I asked another guest and their room was cold. Unfortunately I cannot recommend a place where the staff doesn’t recognize the issues. Even if there wasn’t a solution for this, they should have acknowledged instead of pretending that it was something normal. I see this as disrespectful and inconsiderate towards the money that we spend in this kinds of places. Will not stay there again.

Great location, modern room, kind staff

This is a great hotel that I would recommend - wonderful location (close location to Estação Oriente, safe zone at any hour, you have restaurants, shopping, metro access), kind hotel staff (everyone made me feel welcome), modern and clean rooms (it felt newly renovated, very clean, a good size). The breakfast was varied and very good!

Overall a wonderful stay. Large room and bath. We were not able to get air condition to cool room sufficiently. We called for help and also asked at the reception but no response. We were so exhausted and it was a one night stay, so that’s the reason for good rather than excellent review.
