Simple and clean apartment

The apartment was clean and simple but the furniture and mattress were uncomfortable. The location is great but the street is a bit busy and noisy. There was no dishwashing detergent available and barely any dish soap in the kitchen. Also there was not laundry detergent. One of the lamps in the bedroom didn’t have a light bulb in it and the area was dimly lit. Lastly the shower curtain needs to be replaced because it was disgusting.

sehr moderne hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Einerseits ist die Küche mit Geräten gut ausgestattet, aber andererseits ist absolut nichts da auf das man "aufbauen" kann (kein Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl ...) Für 3 Tage war uns die Anschaffung zu groß und mit all den Einkäufen wollten wir ungern zum nächsten Etappenziel reisen. Da uns auch der Umgang mit einer Mikrowelle und einer Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine nicht bekannt ist gingen wir dann lieber zum Essen aus. (Der erste Kaffee am Morgen in der Wohnung hat uns aber sehr gefehlt.)

Falls short of photos, uncomfortable bed

There were a few things wrong with this apartment. First, the furniture is in need of updating and replacement including the peeling sofa and the bed frame. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t super clean and the shower curtain was covered in midlew - needs replacement. The sink cover was broken and we took it out to drain properly. The apartment had no basic supplies like sugar, pepper, oil, or tea and when asked to change towel mid-week, the company said it’s extra charge. There was also no laundry detergent - so we had to buy it ourselves to do 1 wash. The location is great and near some great spots but the place was not at al up to part. The terrace in the back haf quite dated and old furniture and not clean.

Excelent service; property needs update

Altido, the property manager, provides a VERY supportive and dedicated service – excelent staff both on the ground and at the contact center. But the furniture of the property needs urgent renewal. It's understandable that right in the middle of the second Covid wave the owners were reticent to spend without a clear perspective of occupation but after my long stay I believe this justification isn't valid anymore.
