Had booked a city view room but got a view of the back of other buildings. Main elevators were being renovated. (A lot of noise). Only worked if going to your room. Coming down to lobby had to use the service elevators. Mentioned to staff, but really didn't care. They claimed they have 5 elevators working.

Customer service and reception staffs are very helpful and we are satisfied with their service. Our suggestion for breakfast We would be very enjoyed if buffet include chicken for customers who do not eat pork instead of everyday ham, sausage etc.

Good property, not as central as we thought. Slightly dated but clean. Good breakfast. Staff was mostly good but one staff can spoil impressions. Like this person at the front office on 20th August evening who was very rude when I asked for a water bottle, no reason, just no control on emotions. Totally uncalled for and unacceptable in customer service in the hospitality industry when you stand behind that desk. Hope he is counselled for better experiences for future customers. Hope they understand that One bad CS incident can spoil your impression of a good effort by rest of the team ! Overall good stay except that one incident.

I was there to attend a meeting a couple of metro stops away. As the hotel is _right_ beside a nice metro station which connects direct to the airport and the big Lisbon Oriente train station, it is a great connection location. Good supermarket right next door (there is a fridge in the room) although near-by food options were limited. Got a bottle of water each day, and a good clean. My room had nice views. They were rebuilding the lifts which was a problem in the morning and afternoons when the tour buses arrive (there are extra lifts, but they are also under high pressure). Breakfast was good most days. On the last day I was told I had to go to a over-flow room which was chaos and did not have all the breakfast options the main room did. That was a disappointment.

Stayed here on our last night in Portugal because it was close to the airport and figured they would have good amenities being an American chain. The location was close but area around the hotel didn't have a lot of options for entertainment or dining. There was a grocery store on the same street which was convenient. Parking cost extra and was difficult to access. The bar was dark and depressing but they are adding a rooftop bar so that will be nice once done. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant. We walked 20-25 minutes to another bar and restaurant along the way through busy city streets, and along one nice park. The room and bathroom were large and clean although the sink in our bathroom drained very slowly. Bed was hard- if you prefer a hard mattress that works fine.
